We should add Basecamp recordings as the Starknet Foundation share technical knowledge and practice Starklings exercises or other smart contracts workshops during these sessions.

This can be included in the Tutorials and examples section. It could be updated after a new Basecamp season is over, i.e right now the videos from Basecamp 9 to add and this should be updated when Basecamp X recordings are available, so the README always shows the latest Basecamp recordings.

Also, in the same section we could add Speedrun Starknet (https://speedrunstark.com/) so people can practice with smart contract challenges.
