[ENHANCEMENT] A status property for DSP metadata

Thanks for this great initiative. It would be nice if there is a 'status' along with descSetID, version, versionDate, topic, creator. That will help to set the status of the DSP to something like 'Draft,' 'Alpha,' 'Beta,' 'Final,' or even 'Obsoleted.'
This value comes handy for development, archiving, and distribute DSPs if the version is not semantic.
