Bars in library

Hi, it's me again!

So glad you did the vertical bars! Just thought of how the bars could maybe use the same menu as the others, and might not need text explainations? Maybe they could have hover text like the top menu?

So that these five icons could all be next to each other since the submenu of the bars make the bars below smaller.

Just an idea!

theres potential this might be done especially as for other languages even showing those top three with text extends too far (to the point the text had to be shortened), we'll see
