@meomancer has completed ingestor for Arable data and GAP is now pulling the data daily at midnight. We need to expose this data to API by adding another type of product_type and creating a Data Reader that reads from measurement table.

We might need to refactor the data reader as we have similar functions from Tahmo dataset.
