problem

reported analysis time in the analysis list is many hours behind local time

solution

investigate whether system time is incorrect - if it is, fix it.

If system time is correct, then fix timezone hanndling in GeoSAFE so that all times get stored and reported correctly

I think I already fixed this :(.
Maybe there are other bug.

The date has been fixed but the analysis time still looks wrong.

In the attached image the start time and system time look different.
