Can you clean these out and prevent them from appearing again? So only keywords that are actually present in the metadata appear in the GeoNode keyword search

@gubuntu I am afraid this will be a recurring problem. The keywords are coming from metadata. Unless we fix this in InaSAFE then we will always have this problem.
Also, all GeoSAFE analysis is generating metadata that is classified as Human Health and Safety
So, for now, they are a couple of options available.
Add a message telling users how they should structure the metadata- this is a long short
Make InaSAFE generate keywords using proper keywords - This will be an upstream fix to InaSAFE.
Brute force - Prevent extraction of metadata keywords in Geonode.
NB: Even if I were to make an issue upstream in Geonode I think they would just comment that it is more a workflow problem than anything else. If we need proper keywords then the metadata has to be structured properly.
