Filter options for geometry column should be spatial

Problem

When in data download a user can select to create a filter. There is a geometry column available for filtering with. I assume this column is spatial hence rendering the operators available to be useless.

With a spatial column, I expect to have values like within, contains ie all the spatial predicates rather than the logical operators against the geometry column.

Solution
