US 7: Configure automated data feeds

Expectation:

7.1) As an administrator, I want to be able to configure automated feeds or uploads of field data from sources like EarthRanger, so that it is always available for analysis workflows.

Acceptance Criteria:

7.1) Given that the administrator is logged in or have an API key, when they write a script or set up a cron job (or equivalent) for EarthRanger data, then they can leave the system to acquire and ingest data updates automatically
7.2) The data added or updated in this way by the administrator should be available for all users to use on the map and for analysis.
7.3) When there is new ER data (polygons) then it is automatically added to the new ARW platform.

• Where is their EarthRanger instance?
• Could we have the credentials?
