There are still a few cases where this is not implemented as per #5

@NyakudyaA, I checked out all the map layouts for both otho and topo and only the A3 portrait topo/ortho both don't have 4326 labels on the right side of the map:

I replicated a similar one, but still gives the same output

Can you fix it by following the logic in the correct templates

The 4326 labels were not appearing because of the scale, so when trying out different scales, the labels appear.

the fonts and graticule styles in the example above are inconsistent with the other projects - why are these different? please fix

The grid spacing should accommodate dynamic styles if this were implemented https://github.com/kartoza/kartoza/issues/600. i.e. there should be a useful, pleasing grid at any scale.

I followed this https://github.com/kartoza/kartoza/issues/600 for all the layouts, and fixed up the font and graticule styles.
The issue I keep seeing is there are print layouts at certain scales where the graticule values are not appearing especially on the right side of the grid (example below).
A4_portrait_50000

Hybrid map layout:

  • A3 templates
    • Landscape at 1:150000
    • Portrait at 1:50000 and 1:25000 (varies also where you place the rectangle. Some parts the values do appear)
  • A4 templates
    • Landscape at 1:150000 and 1:10000
    • Portrait at 1:50000

Orthophoto map layout

  • A3 templates
    • Landscape at 1:50000
    • Portrait at 1:50000 and 1:25000
  • A4 templates
    • Landscape at 1:150000
    • Portrait at 1:50000 and 1:25000

@seabilwe what is the status now, have they all been fixed? This shouldn't be moved to Done until they are.

Is it a case of needing a fraction more space in the margin on the right?

In fact rather create a new issue around labels not appearing on all sizes since it has nothing to do with the OP. Then close this since the OP has been resolved.

Don't mix issues
