Can you provide the rationale for deprecating the package?

Phantom ja was never a browser that any user was using. It totally lacks any UI. It was a early version of things like puppeteer that did not exist at that time and was/is based on a early version of webkit
Also the development of phantom ja has stopped. And the phantomjs-prebuilt package that you depends on is also deprecated
