KH22: Choppy playback on iOS 17

This exhibits on HKC Radio. Simply listen to the stream from an iPhone running iOS 17 and you will discover little bits of buffering that don't exist on other platforms. This is most often seen in Safari but also can be seen in apps like TuneIn.

same here on iOS too on our Skyrock.fm application ; it seem to be a burst on connect issue, has the same audio is played twice on connection.

same here, it works perfectly fine again after downgrading to an older version.

any fixes or workarounds for this yet? It still works well with Icecast 2.4.0-kh15 but that version has other issues so I'd like to upgrade to a newer version again soon.
