transcr.: Placement "top ..." and "bottom ..."

All the element placements of the top ...- and bottom ... -kind are in danger of falling into the print text flow. Maybe height should be calculated not with coordinates from upper left corner of the page, but from upper margin of print text upwards resp. from lower margin of print text downwards?
