• metamark rendition="#typescriptFont" - delete change attribute, because it's not a change in respect to the ground layer (it's the same: typewriter)

• metamark printinstruction - change to page-by-page; link through next and prev.
• add metamark to mod elements containing their text ("nicht spa!", "kursiv!", etc.), linked to them via @corresp (to that purpose add xml:id to mod)
• remove all c nnbsp elements in non-printed text (manual additions, typewritten pages)
