Every time you do svn_rebase -m, it says "Use "svn commit -F commit_message" to commit after the conflicts are resolved", even when there are no conflicts. I know it sounds pretty minor, but because I have started to ignore this message, I was surprised to find that on one occasion the portal wouldn't start up because there actually were conflicts to resolve!
