Hi! Any chance you want to rework the shell wrapper into a workflow language? Thinking about WDL for Terra.bio things and/or Nextflow for other things like INNUENDO.

I definitely want to do this, yes 👍 Nextflow would be my preferred option at the moment but WDL looks like a very attractive option as well. Just would take longer to get up and running.

Plus, I think I would need google cloud platform access to run on Terra?

Correct, you need a Google Cloud billing account to access Terra
