This is the beginnings of a library which will consume data about the world's airports from multiple sources and provide a database of informatoin behind a standard interfarce. This is still in early stages and currently only supports one data source.
The data we are using come from http://ourairports.com/data. This collection is provided by the authors free without warranty, and is being used in this project witn gratitude. When run, this tool will download data from them remotely -- any such downloaded data carries the same public domain license and lack of warranty.
