Some of the tests fail with the following exception:

Caused by: com.gargoylesoftware.htmlunit.FailingHttpStatusCodeException: 500 /WEB-    INF/jsp/blog.jsp(1,63) PWC6188: The absolute uri: http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core cannot be resolved in either web.xml or the jar files deployed with this application

This task is to remove junit-ignore, and fix the tests.
