Currently tpm is a feature that's not tested in the CI tests.

Describe the solution you'd like

Stand up a soft TPM and test it, hopefully?

Describe alternatives you've 🐛 considered

Just let rando bugs through.

Maybe use something like swtpm?

swtpm is certainly an option, we should look at what rust-tss-esapi do because they have some of this.

This may no longer be an issue for this project, but for kanidm-hsm-crypto instead.
