Add Tooltips for Projects in Collapsed Sidebar

Suggestion:
When a user selects a workspace with multiple projects and collapses the sidebar, only project icons are visible. This makes it difficult to recognize and select the correct project.

Proposed Improvement:
Add tooltips that display the project names when hovering over the icons in the collapsed sidebar. This will help users easily identify and switch to the correct project.

Current Behavior:
When the sidebar is collapsed, only icons are shown.
Users may struggle to recognize projects, especially if icons are similar.

This small enhancement would improve navigation and usability in workspaces with multiple projects. 🚀
