AWS Snowmobile is designed for transferring very large amounts of data (up to exabytes) to AWS. It involves a shipping container that can transport your data directly to AWS, making it ideal for massive data migrations.

While AWS Snowball (option D) is also a viable choice for transferring large amounts of data (up to 50 TB per device), for 200 TB, using multiple Snowballs would be less efficient and more costly compared to a single Snowmobile.
