Browser does not work properly when a protection software is running in the background

I tried to open Pennywise on Mac OS on the top of a famous browser used for security reasons by universities (Rebus: The covid19 countermeasure at the beginning+ Browser), and it works, BUT it's impossible to write on it: it's like the other browser always keeps the keyboard imput in focus. On the other side, this does not happen on Windows. Any way to fix it? :)))
