Feature

What is the current behavior?
Now I can open any online URL in pennywise no problem with that.

Expected behavior
I want to be able to open a local file by providing the local path.
For example on mac: /Users/username/Books/design-patterns-en.pdf

OS / OS Version:
macOS 10.15.3
