Feature Description

Add a feature of notes ,so we can add private notes on each topic while studying for it other than the description provided.The private note will only be visible to the person who added the note for now.

I second this feature request as well! I usually write my notes in my code but having a centralized area where I can write my takeaways for each topic would be nice.
