Enabling Purge files on deletion deletes uiconfs while editing #188

When enabled Purge files on deletion in 9.19.0 it also deletes UIconf's when creating/editing/saving these through html and flash studio, generating broken uiconfs

I believe I suggested before to have the purging only work on video files

Also applies to custom metadata schema
