When a student submits a Kaltura video, mod_kalturavidassign should send out a notification that the submission has been done.
Also, a label "Submitted: [Date, time]" would come in handy.

The use case is a student making himself heard stating he wasn't sure if his submission was properly done without having received a notification and merely the two buttons underneath the video deactivated.
