Please don't force items into the 'custom menu items' #384

Moodle 4.0

When Kaltura is installed it forces the item 'My media' into Site admin > Appearance > Theme settings > Custom menu items

Even when removing it, it just comes back again.

It's up to me, not Kaltura what items I have in that menu. Please stop doing that.
