Allow user register to your system

I'm new in php and also kalkun
But I began to create a user registration page

Logic.

Step 1. The user fills out the form.
Step 2. The system sends an SMS to the user with a code (this verifies the phone)
Step 3. When you login, the system prompts you to enter the code to start working

My idea is to use it along with SMS Credits Plugins to limit quantities of sms

PS: I think you need new table to handle registration instead of using existing table.
