gfbio abstract submission ontology term suggestion

Try to use textmining to suggest envo terms for gfbio abstracts. Either imporve upon the r script I made during the lab rotation or use ARGO with ENVO, a tool from the national center for text mining manchester.

If I can deal with this in a couple of days and improve upon bioportal's ontology term suggestions. it would be a bit useful.

The other case is that I'm dealing with published AWI data in pangaea. Having influence on the pangaea data submission process brings this full circle.
