Linux support for kbd format #21

Not sure if kbd can allow for different mappings when pressing ctrl or other modifiers, but kbd uses a different format which seems pretty easy to map. I found it while looking at the keyboard configuration page on the arch wiki.

If I get around to it at some point I'll probably try to make the configuration, but for now I figured you might find it useful and if you want to make it that'd be sweet

Looks like this would be specifically for the virtual console, it'd still be really nice though so that I wouldn't need to switch back to dvorak if I need to use the virtual console
