How to install libpq-dev? #17

I am new to Docker images. Can someone add libpq-dev or instruct me how to add dependencies.

This is regarding mup error deployment failed on libpq and bycript

I created a new dockerfile based from abernix/meteord:base

FROM abernix/meteord:base

RUN apt-get -y update && apt-get install libpq-dev build-essential

Is this correct?
