I'm also okay for Helix, but looks in similar phase helix-editor/helix#11325

Make Helix as the default TUI editor (#747)

- Windows configuration is not yet shared with Linux. Because of using Nix to edit them
- Enable zellij keybindings by default again
- Refine hardcoded micro editor dependent packages with $EDITOR
- This change will relate to GH-740
