0.8.0
The kabanero-operator has the following new features since version 0.7.0:
- A new Kabanero CR instance entry spec.governancePolicy.stackPolicy was introduced to allow for container digest governance. See https://github.com/kabanero-io/kabanero-foundation/blob/master/design/digest.md to read more about container digest governance.
- The Kabanero operator now keeps track of a stack’s container image activation digest. For more information on how to enable it, see kabanero-io/docs#366
- This release was tested on OCP 4.3. While we don't have reason to believe that kabanero-operator 0.8.0 would not work on OCP 4.2, it was not tested there, and we will be unable to provide support for running kabanero-operator at that level.
- The kabanero operator is now developed using operator-sdk 0.16.0
The following was used to test this release:
- OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) 4.3
- OpenShift Service Mesh 1.0.8
