Provide a common install script that used common between Kabanero and products that imbed it.

I removed release-0.3 since the install experience for OCP 4.2 changed dramatically. We can discuss approaches for which Kabanero can build an install experience for which products which depend on Kabanero can more directly customize, rather than building their own solutions.

My suggestion before we move forward with a more common approach is to leverage OLM; but we need to adopt a common subscription, channel mechanism whereby the open project users can get access to the latest and greatest levels of dependent software and the products users can strictly control access.
