In the last release (2.2.0) and in the current release (2.2.1) I had 100% failing rate releasing the operators.
In 2.2.0:

The operator release post-release Github action succeed for the kernel-module-management operator but the operator wasn't actually published at operatorhub.io (this is not what this RFE is about).

Having the ability to re-run failing Github actions would have allowed me to solve 75% of those issues by my own.
If it would be possible, it could increase the self-service experience IMO.
