Moving a change from one commit to another #340

I ran into an issue recently where I made a commit (c1) that included too many files. I had another commit (c2) where I wanted to move one of the files from c1. I didn't find something that would resolve this issue in the flight rules, but did in SO. Is it worth adding this solution to the flight rules?
