allow players to add stuff to ther nicknames that make sthem unranked.

kinda makes the beginner server join prevention obsolete to some extent.

UPDATE:
allow people to disable being ranked for the current session

either no score/wins only or for any other stat an extra command as well.

maybe keep track of it but hiding it(only visible to admin)? (would need a data schema migration) meh

weirdly players with a nickname length of 2 are not ranked.
