disabledRuleIds bug? #101

Hi I initialized the language tool with the following config:

GRAMMAR_TOOL_CONFIG = {
    'cacheSize': 1000, 
    'pipelineCaching': True,
    'disabledRuleIds': ['OXFORD_SPELLING_Z_NOT_S']
}

However, the OXFORD_SPELLING_Z_NOT_S rule is still getting checked. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
