Though issue #26 is fixed, parallel rendering isn't yet enabled for Win32 builds.

Fix for this issue is currently blocked by:
http://bugs.debian.org/571773 (gcc-mingw32: please add support for OpenMP)

it's a pity... but why man contents job-option? man must to be updated with main cause - library posix defect
