Hi just wanted to check up on this :)
I think the bank holidays are international, and could be implemented in all countries
For the Danish banks they are as followed: mktime(0,0,0, 1, 1, $year) mktime(0,0,0, 12, 24, $year) mktime(0,0,0, 12, 31, $year)

do you mean Target closing days? when your bank transfers are not handled (well they are handled, but not counted for your repayment days for example.
Those Target days can be found here: https://www.ecb.europa.eu/ecb/contacts/working-hours/html/index.en.html in The Neterlands 24 and 31 of December are just regular working days also for banks. they may close earlier then normal, but not a free day for employees
