Jupyter AI no longer knows my name

Description

In Jupyter AI 2.x, it would pull my username from my local system. However, in Jupyter AI 3.0.0a0 pre-release, I am seen as an anonymous user

Expected behavior

• As a user, if I am using Jupyter AI by myself, on my local system, I want JupyterLab to recognize me from my local system and use my name in the chat UI.

Context

I am using the following conda env:
