After #3029, GESIS server was disconnected from the mybinder.org federation.

The reason why GESIS server was disconnected from the mybinder.org federation was because of the binderhub version was different. This was caused by a failed CI/CD pipeline on the GESIS infrastructure. The GESIS test cluster failed to apply the changes and the pull / merge request was left for manual review.

On 22 July 2024 at 10:35:38 AM GMT+2, the binderhub version of GESIS server was updated and the server rejoined the mybinder.org federation.

I trace the source of the broken CI/CD pipeline to a server rebooted. The server was rebooted and, during reboot, the swap was enabled. Kubernetes requires swap to be disabled. Actions were taken to ensure that on future reboots, the swap is disabled.
