Make use of StateDB to store some view state #601

We should make use of StateDB to store view information on a per-file basis:

wireframe state (toggled or not)
clip-plane state
exploded view state
transform control state (toggled or not)
current selection
camera position?

This will allow to properly recover the view upon refresh or after server restart
