During work on GH-98, several improvements were made to increase the resilience of the ipyradiant library. This includes addressing issues related to:

  • URIRef repr issues when using metaclass
  • Single vs Multiselect
  • Recasting observers when updating cytoscape widgets

This ticket pulls out those changes into a PR that can be merged in before the rest of the work on that branch is complete.
