Documentation Update and Vignettes for New Functions

I noticed that new functions have been introduced in the latest release (e.g., cellRatioPlot, drawLegend, tracksPlot, scatterCellPlot), and there are some minor changes in the names of the existing functions (e.g., markerVocalno to markerVolcano, and some upper case and lower case changes).

I’m wondering if you plan to update the documentation or vignettes to help users effectively adopt these new functions. Such documentation will help users like me better understand the new functionality and ensure we can smoothly migrate our existing workflows to accommodate the updated function names.

Always been a big fan of your projects. Thanks so much for your hard work on this project, and I look forward to the new materials!!
