Let the app recognize faster that you are driving the wrong way but add 2 buttons on top, on the left for "Keep old route" in the middle the "wrong way"-sign/writing and on the right a "Recalculate".
And keep the default-parameter for recalculating the same as now, so with no interaction it will still recalculate.
Thats a feature i'm missing in other routing-apps as well and it would be amazing. More than once i'm driving intentionally somewhere else and want to recalculate the route faster for various reasons.

First of all: Thanks for all your reports!
But what is wrong in recalculating the path?
Or what is the Use-Case for "Keep old route".
I do not need the old route, when I intentionally drive somewhere else.
Now i'm thinking about it i lost it :D I try to recap.
The problem was:
I was driving intentionally on another road and it was not calculating the new one. I wished it was detecting the "wrong way" faster but would let me decide if i want to stay on the old route (construction site, whatever) or recalculate. As i was just trying the app while driving where i knew the way, i was driving for quite some time before the app recalculated.
That was the idea, yepp. Let the default value for recalculate, add 2 buttons, one for "keep old route" so it does not recalculate and just waits until you get to the old route back and routing you again as normal or "recalculate" when i already know i will drive somewhere else. So i don't have to wait a longer time.
And, if i don't care, it still recalculates the way it does now.
