Create image on 0.7.0.0

Hi!
Great software.

There's a slight bug in the open dialog. It only allows to open existing files.
The problem comes when you want to image from media to file and the files does not exist.

The obvious workaround is to create and empty file and select it (it works).

I could not find the code to suggest a fix but it should be remove the O_EXISTS from the open dialog api call.

I am on Linux at the moment and cannot currently check the correct behaviour. Could you please install the normal non-portable version and see if this bug exists there as well?

I updated the portable version to 0.9.

Since I am not on Windows, could you please download the source and create a .paf.exe from it?

You can use the PortableApps Installer for that.
