Is there a way to have a two column layout on a slide?

If not, I could probably make a pull request based on the discussion here: gnab/remark#236

There could probably be 5 options

left-column70 + right-column30
left-column60 + right-column40
left-column50 + right-column50
left-column40 + right-column60
left-column30 + right-column70
