Add ability to provide pre-detected landmarks

Once we have the ability to refer to landmarks by name, users should be able to supply landmarks to the program by name when executing a program. This causes the program executor to just use the supplied landmark instead of running a landmark detector. It allows users to do more advanced processing of landmarks before running a PbD program.
