We can add hover effects at dropdown. It will improve the user experience.
this is the current behavior:

Describe the solution you'd like

When a user hovers over a dropdown item, it should have a smooth transition effect, such as a background color change or subtle animation. We could implement a solution similar to the one used on the Docs page in PR #1585.

Additional context

Adding this effect will make the Tools page feel more interactive and polished.
