update_workspace.shでworkspace内のdiffが多すぎるとメールが送信できない #1888

でupdate_workspace.shを走らせたときにdiffが残っていたらそのdiffをメール通知する機能を追加しましたが，diffがある一定以上になると

/tmp/update_workspace.sh: line 145: /opt/ros/melodic/bin/rostopic: Argument list too long

のエラーが出てメールが送信できていないようなので報告します．
暇があったら回避策を考えてデバッグしますが，そうそう起こり得ないはずなのとそれほど暇がないので一旦issueにして放置します．
